What priority placement means: In eligible searches for your selected ZIP codes, Premium adds a placement boost. Distance, relevance, rotation, and the selected sort order still apply; Free agents can rank above Premium agents.
We keep it fair. Each ZIP code allows at most 3 Premium priority placements, and their order rotates. Priority is a boost, not a guaranteed rank. No agent can buy a whole town or ZIP code.
Add-ons: additional locations $149/year each and extra ZIP packs $59/year each, on active Premium listings.
