What priority placement means: When someone searches in a ZIP code you've chosen, your profile shows near the top of the results, so local shoppers find you first. It does not block other agents from your area.
We keep it fair. Each ZIP code shows at most 3 Premium agents at the top, and the order rotates. No agent can buy a whole town or ZIP code.
Add-ons: additional locations $149/year each and extra ZIP packs $59/year each, on active Premium listings.
