About MARC

Marc Frye began his career in St. Petersburg, FL, in 1987, working alongside his father to help retirees navigate Medicare, long-term care, and financial planning. The same focus that continues to drive his work today. After 13 rewarding years, Marc and his wife Jacquie, along with their two sons, Adam and Joseph, and their loyal dog Kujo, made the move west to Las Vegas in 2001. There, Marc spent the next 9 years managing Nevada and Utah for The Hartford, where he partnered with banks and brokerage firms to develop complex financial strategies for their clients. Despite the success, Marc missed having his own clients That led him to Allstate Financial Services (yes, that Allstate) where he supported 16 agency offices, helping clients with retirement and investment planning. But it didn’t take long for Marc to realize that a property and casualty company wasn’t the best platform for serious financial planning. In 2018, Marc reconnected with longtime friend and college roommate, David Schaeffer (yes, that David Schaeffer), who had already built a successful, holistic retirement planning firm much like the one Marc grew up in. Joining forces, Marc brought his expertise to David’s team, and together they expanded their presence in Las Vegas while continuing to serve clients nationwide. Today, Marc runs a thriving Las Vegas office where he helps individuals and families make smart, informed decisions about Medicare, retirement income, and inheritance planning. He’s proud to work alongside his son Adam, who has joined him in the business, continuing the family legacy. Marc’s wife, Jacquie, is also deeply involved in the senior community. As a Realtor® with the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, she helps older adults “right-size” their homes to better suit their lifestyle and needs. Together, the family brings decades of experience, compassion, and practical advice to everything they do, making retirement planning 123Easy.
